If you mean what does Fundamental Analysis involve, it is consideration for the economic events driving the market. Typically, FX traders tend to adopt either a Fundamental approach or a Technical approach. Many Forex traders favour the technical approach (though I'm sure the Fundamental traders would disagree!) as it involves identifying pricing patterns and entry signals through the use of technical indicators on pricing charts.
